USE TERMS

I declare that I understand and comprehend that only the driver indicated in the reservation, with the name and ID indicated in the registration, is authorized to access the circuit and that at no time will unauthorized practices be carried out, such as lending the vehicle to a companion, etc. And in accordance with the regulations provided and in general with the applicable current legislation; and as a reflection of its acceptance and obligation to comply, the present terms are accepted.

Likewise, I declare that I am aware that since this is a private event, the RODADAS FV organization has absolute power over the right of admission to it.

THE PILOT'S DUTY TO COOPERATE WITH THE NORMAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SERVICE

In all cases, the pilot must respect and follow the instructions provided by RODADAS FV or its collaborators for the proper execution of the services. He will observe the legal regulations that are generally applicable to the service.
In services provided in a group, due respect must be shown to other participants and conduct must be observed that does not harm the normal development of the activity.
In the event that RODADAS FV observes inappropriate conduct in accordance with the provisions of the previous sections, it may terminate the contract in the part not provided. RODADAS FV may demand the appropriate compensation for damages caused that are attributable to the buyer’s conduct.
