NAME CHANGE OF THE OWNER OF THE TRACK DAY

  • The reservation of a place is personal and non-transferable. The buyer may not transfer his reservation to another person without the express authorization of RODADAS FV and in any case never with less than 14 days’ notice before the date of the ride.
  • If the reservation transfer has been requested with less than 14 days’ notice and RODADAS FV accepts it, it may require the buyer to pay a transfer fee of €10 as management costs.
  • In the event of a transfer, the buyer and the person to whom the place is transferred will be the ones who must jointly pay RODADAS FV the rest of the price, as well as any justified additional costs that the transfer may have caused.

CHANGE OF EXTRA SERVICES OF THE RESERVATION

  • If, prior to the date of the ride, the buyer requests any change in relation to the contracted additional services, RODADAS FV may require payment of the additional justified costs caused by said modification, as well as a premium for modification of the reservation that may not exceed 10% of the price of the service.
  • The cancellation or change takes effect from the moment that the pilot’s wishes come to RODADAS FV’s attention. RODADAS FV will proceed to refund the appropriate amounts to the buyer within a maximum period of one month if applicable.
  • Before the date of the ride, RODADAS FV may only make the changes necessary for the normal development of the service offered, understanding that said changes may only be made if, if not made, they would prevent the normal performance of the service.
  • If RODADAS FV is forced to make changes, it will immediately notify the buyer, who may accept the modification of the service in which the necessary variations introduced are indicated, as well as their impact on the final price, or may withdraw from the extra service. The buyer must expressly communicate their decision within three days following notification of the modification. If the buyer does not communicate their decision within this period, it will be understood that they opt for the termination of the new conditions of the contract without any penalty for RODADAS FV.
  • To communicate the cancellation/modification, it will be sufficient to send a communication to the email address info@rodadasfv.com attaching the cancellation letter as well as the supporting documents that are appropriate to justify the reason for the cancellation/modification.

BUYER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Once registration has been made, cancellation by the pilot will not be possible and no refund or compensation of any kind will be made by Rodadas FV.

  • Name changes will be allowed up to 14 days before the date of the ride, see previous section.

  • If you wish to cancel the ride, for reasons of force majeure, please contact us by email at info@rodadasfv.com or by phone at +34 644 125 818 and we will try to find a solution. The death of the reservation holder or a direct family member, serious accident or illness of the reservation holder or any of the people with whom he or she lives will be considered a cause of force majeure, in which case the entire amount of the ride (excluding extra services) will be reserved for use in the acquisition of an event in the same season, being personal and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, it will be mandatory to send RODADAS FV an official receipt via email at info@rodadasfv.com.

  • Non-attendance at an event will not entitle you to receive any refund or compensation of any kind except in the cases set out in the previous point.

  • Cancellation takes effect from the moment that the pilot’s desire to withdraw comes to the attention of RODADAS FV. RODADAS FV will proceed to refund the appropriate amounts to the buyer within a maximum period of one month if applicable.

  • To communicate the cancellation, it will be enough to send a communication to the email address info@rodadasfv.com attaching the cancellation letter as well as the appropriate supporting documents to justify the reason for the cancellation.

  • If the pilot cancels the service once it has started, he will not be able to claim a refund of the amounts paid and will continue to be obliged to pay any outstanding amounts. All additional costs incurred by the cancellation, and in particular those of repatriation or transfer to the place of origin, will be borne by the buyer.
