When the mandatory daily insurance service is contracted through this website, RODADAS FV will process the registration for the daily insurance for speed circuits offered by the company MOTOPÓLIZA.
RODADAS FV will provide the necessary data to MOTOPÓLIZA (Name and surname, ID, date of birth, telephone number and email address) so that the insurance is registered correctly.
It will be guaranteed that the validity of the insurance covers the entire event, starting before the insured enters the track and ending after the event’s end time. If for any reason the insurance is not registered correctly, RODADAS FV will take the appropriate actions to correct the error as far as possible. If the pilot has not provided the necessary data to register the insurance correctly and truthfully, RODADAS FV will contact the insured to correct the error with sufficient advance notice so that the activity can be carried out correctly.
Once the insurance has been registered, the insured will receive an email from the motorcycle policy with the insurance policy, the policy number, and the protocol for action in the event of an accident. It will be the responsibility of the pilot to check that the policy details are correct, both at the time of registration and at the time of receiving the policy by email. This check must be carried out in any case by the pilot before entering the track.
If the pilot has not provided the correct details to RODADAS FV, he must notify RODADAS FV as soon as possible so that the error is corrected in a timely manner and so that the policy is valid for the entire duration of the ride. RODADAS FV will be exempt from any type of liability derived from the error not corrected in time after having received the insurance policy from the pilot.
In the event of not contracting the mandatory health insurance with RODADAS FV, it will be the sole responsibility of the pilot to have appropriate accident insurance that covers sports activity on the circuit, and it will be mandatory to present the insurance policy to RODADAS FV prior to the start of the event.
RAIN INSURANCE
By taking out rain insurance, if the event is completely cancelled on the day of the ride due to rain before the start of the event, with precipitation of 3 litres per m2, collected in the time interval between two hours before the start of the ride and one hour after the start of the ride, RODADAS FV will refund 80% of the full amount of the ride to the rider.
If days before the ride, RODADAS FV considers that the ride cannot take place due to weather conditions, those who have taken out rain insurance may request a refund of the amount of the registration made. In the event that the rider has not taken out rain insurance and RODADAS FV cancels the event due to weather conditions, the amount paid will be kept as a credit balance to be used in another ride during the season.
Once the event has started, both the circuit and the organization may, if necessary, interrupt the service and close the entrance to the track due to major weather conditions. In this case of force majeure, the pilot will not receive any compensation from RODADAS FV.
