OUR COURSES
We don’t have just one course, our courses will adapt to you!!
When you sign up for one of our courses, we will send you an email to get to know you a little better and create a training program that suits your needs. However, to make it easier for you to decide on us, we will explain the main points of our methodology below.
If you are interested in an individual course, please contact us so that we can study your case and advise you.
We will always start with a bit of theory before going on track, we know that is the boring part, but be patient and we will get down to business in the first session. The most important points that we will review will be:
- Ideal Line
- Body Position
- Where to Direct the Gaze
After the first session, we will come back with a bit more theory to try to fine-tune things.
In the second round we will focus on consolidating knowledge and correcting errors.
In the third session, with the line and the look in place, and after reviewing the onboard recordings, we will begin with the following points:
- Weight transfer
- Body positioning during braking
- Gas control
In the fourth session, the last one that will be guided by a monitor, we will continue with the concepts of:
- Controlling the throttle and gears on every curve
After the fourth session, there will be a complete evaluation of the techniques on which you need to focus more to continue improving your riding style.
In the last sessions, the instructor will continue to go out on the track with you, but to observe you and be able to discuss errors with you once you return to the pits and thus continue improving until the last minute of the session.
This course is aimed at riders who have already ridden on the track several times and want to improve their riding style.
As always, before going out on track, we will start with a bit of theory and, as this is the first session, we will start with the easy stuff, that is, the peculiarities of the circuit and the ideal line.
After the first session, we will meet in the pits and focus on the more technical aspects:
- Circuit reference points
- Overtaking techniques
- Throttle boost
- Advanced acceleration technique
- Advanced braking technique
During the second session, we will focus on perfecting all these techniques and strengthening the line on the track. In addition, we will see how breathing and relaxation influence concentration when we are on the track and we will give you tips to improve it and be able to practice it during the third session.
After the second session, we will view the onboard recordings and during the third and fourth sessions we will focus on correcting errors, as well as on the concepts of:
- Instability Problems and How to Solve Them
- Gear Control, its Relationship with Torque and Maximum Power
After the fourth session, there will be a complete evaluation of the techniques that you need to focus on to continue improving your riding style.
In the last sessions, the instructor will continue to go out on the track with you, but to observe you and to be able to discuss mistakes with you once you return to the pits and thus continue improving until the last minute of the session.
If you have already mastered the techniques and you are interested in lowering times, don’t worry, we also have a solution for you. Contact us at info@rodadasfv.com and we will inform you of the options we have available to help you.
